Orientation

Start Here

A short orientation, so nothing in here is a mystery.

Welcome. Take five minutes with this page before you do anything else. It will save you weeks.

This is not an app you consume. It is a practice you keep. The difference matters, and it is the reason some people feel their whole life reorganise inside a season, while others open it twice and decide it did not work.

The one thing to understand first

Your nervous system does not change because you understood something. It changes because you gave it repeated evidence, in the body, that a different way of being is safe.

That takes time. Not because we are slow, but because that is how a body learns anything.

Give this thirty days before you make any judgement about it. Most people notice the first real shift somewhere between day twenty and day forty, and it usually does not arrive as a revelation. It arrives as something ordinary. You do not brace before a conversation you would have braced for. You sleep through a night you would have lost. Someone says something that would have taken you down for a week, and it lands and passes.

That is what change actually looks like from the inside. Quiet, and easy to miss if you are waiting for lightning.

A building does not go up in the order you see it. The part that takes longest is the part nobody photographs, the ground being cleared and the footings being poured. Days one to fourteen here are the footings. They will feel small. They are supposed to feel small. Everything after them stands on them.

The part almost nobody is warned about

Read this section twice. It is the reason most people stop.

The resistance does not arrive when you begin. It arrives right when the work starts reaching something.

Here is what happens in the body. The moment you introduce something new, even something as small as one word chosen to shape your day, your nervous system does not experience it as growth. It experiences it as unfamiliar. And unfamiliar, to a body that has spent years bracing, does not register as opportunity. It registers as risk. If scanning and managing and staying small have been the water you were raised in, then a new and steadier way of being gets flagged the same way an actual threat would.

This is why the first honest moment of a new practice often produces tightening rather than relief. A question that should feel simple makes the chest brace. Something meant to support you feels like pressure instead. None of that means the practice is wrong. It means the practice has reached tissue that has never been asked to move before, and tissue that has never been asked to move responds to the asking with resistance. Every time. As a matter of biology, not character.

Then come the reasons. Not because you are undisciplined, but because a nervous system meeting something it has not yet learned to trust will start generating perfectly sensible arguments for returning to the familiar. This is not clear enough. This does not feel aligned. I need more guidance before I continue. Sometimes those reasons are true. And sometimes they are the oldest move the body knows, the same one that makes a person pick a fight minutes after real closeness, the same one that finds a reason to quit three days before the shift it was actually asking for would have arrived.

There is a second version of this, and it usually lands between the second and fourth week. The work appears to stop working. Things that were easing come back. Sleep gets harder. The body produces discomfort with no clear cause. Most people read that as proof the method failed.

It is not regression. It is thawing. Frozen material does not release quietly. When a nervous system finally trusts a new pattern enough to loosen its grip on the old one, the first sensation is rarely relief. It is flood.

The people who complete the shift are not the ones who never feel any of this. They are the ones who recognise it for what it is, a body testing whether the new way can be trusted, and stay steady long enough for it to learn that this time, nothing bad is coming.

If you leave in that window, you have not failed. You have simply met your own nervous system for the first time without a map. This page is the map. Keep it.

What is where

Home is your daily starting point.

At the top you will find Today's Frequency. This is not a mood check. It is not asking how you feel. It is asking who you are choosing to be today, in one word. Steady. Safe. Wealthy. Whole. Whatever is true for the version of you that you are building.

Say the word and let the body feel it as if it were already the case, rather than as something you are hoping for. That is the whole practice. Some people find the question strange at first, and some bodies brace slightly when asked it. That is worth noticing rather than pushing through. It usually means the question is landing somewhere real.

Below that is The Genesis Minute, your entry point into the day's practice. Start there.

At the bottom of Home, always, there is Emergency Calm. If a day turns hard, it is there. Six doors, and you choose how long. The shortest is sixty seconds. You do not need a reason to use it.

Practice holds your track, day by day. Three journeys are open to you. The Embodied Frequency, ninety days, the foundation, and the place to begin if you are unsure. The Original Signal, thirty days, the inner child. The Wealth Frequency, thirty days, the money wound. Choose one and stay with it.

Each day gives you what to do and nothing more. Do only the day you are on. Do not read ahead. What comes later will make sense when your body arrives there, and reading it early only adds noise. If you miss a day, the arrow beside the day number steps you back to it, and a link returns you to today whenever you want.

Some days take two minutes. Some take fifteen. Miss a day and you have missed a day, that is all. Come back to the day you are on, not to the beginning.

Journal holds three rooms. Pattern, where you write what is moving. Journey, your own record over time. And Letters Forward, where you write to yourself and choose when it arrives, thirty days from now, ninety, a year, three years. It is optional and it is more useful than it looks. The words you keep returning to become visible over time, and you cannot see a pattern you never wrote down.

Library holds the books the practices come from. Read them alongside the work, or after, or not at all. The practices stand on their own.

Companion is there when something is unclear or when you are stuck mid-day. Ask it what a practice is for. Tell it what is happening in your body. It will usually give you something short to do and ask you to come back and say what changed. That is deliberate. It is here to help you practise rather than to talk about practising.

If something in the app confuses you, ask it. That is exactly what it is for.

Account holds your membership, your Frequency Map, and your Personal Protocol.

Your Personal Protocol

Your membership includes a Personal Protocol. This is the part most people find last, and it is the part that most often changes things.

It is not a general programme. You write, in your own words, where you are and what you are ready to shift. What comes back is written for you, drawn from the books, shaped to your patterns, your language, your specific body. It arrives as a document you keep.

It is not mandatory. The daily practice works entirely on its own and always has. But the practice is the ground, and the protocol is the part that speaks directly to what you are actually carrying.

If you have one waiting, draw it. Find it under Personal Protocol on your Account page.

What this is for

This app was not built to collect memberships. It was built to change how a body moves through a life.

Which plan you are on decides almost nothing. A monthly member who returns every morning will go further than a lifetime member who opens it twice. The practice does not know what you paid. It only knows whether you came back.

So do not measure this by what it costs. Measure it by whether you are still here in six weeks.

What you write here is yours

Your journal, your protocol, your Companion conversations and your letters belong to you at the database level. They are never used to train anything, and they are never sold or shared with anyone.

A small number of people on the platform side have technical access for support and maintenance, as with any hosted service. Nobody reads your entries.

Two honest things

Some days this will bring something up. Practices that ask you to make contact with what you have been carrying can stir things. Feeling more, not less, in the first weeks is not a sign that something has gone wrong.

If it becomes too much, stop, put both feet on the floor, one hand on your heart, and take three long exhales, slower going out than coming in. You set the pace here. Nothing in this work requires you to override yourself.

And if something lands strangely, tell me. Not support, not a form. Write to me. If a question makes you brace, if a practice does not fit, if something is confusing, that is worth ten minutes of my time and it will make this better for everyone who comes after you.

Beginning

Set your frequency. Open the Genesis Minute. Do day one.

Then come back tomorrow, and do that.

That is the whole method. It is not complicated, and it is not easy, and it works because you keep returning rather than because any single day was extraordinary.

Welcome home.
